This episode uncovers illegal Chinese police stations operating in the U.S. and examines the Expel Illegal Chinese Police Act. Plus, Elon Musk's call for budget transparency sparks debate on political accountability. Good morning patriots, thanks for tuning in to the Daily Briefing podcasts, alright, let's dive right into this. So, imagine this—cultural centers, that’s what they called ‘em, popping up in U.S. cities. Places that claim to bring some Chinese flavor to our communities. Sounds innocent enough, right? Well, turns out these weren’t just spots to celebrate the Lunar New Year or teach kung fu—they were actually operating as outposts for illegal CCP police activity. Yeah, you heard me, illegal.
Buck Johnson
Now now, think about it for a second. If this was Russia doing the same thing, CNN would’ve gone DEFCON 1 by now. But with the CCP? Mum’s the word. Feels kinda intentional, doesn’t it? Our buddy over in Congress, Ashley Hinson, put it perfectly: the CCP should never, and I mean never, be allowed to operate on U.S. soil. And yet, here we are.
Buck Johnson
So what exactly were these “police stations” doing? Well, pick your poison—spying on dissidents, keeping tabs on U.S. citizens with ties back to China, maybe even nudging their own folks to stay in line. Basically using American ground for their playbook of intimidation. Lemme tell ya, that’s not just blatant spying; that’s a foreign government enforcing its laws right here in our backyard. How the heck does that even happen, huh?
Buck Johnson
Now, let’s talk about solutions for this mess. The GOP’s got something they’re calling the “Expel Illegal Chinese Police Act.” Fancy name, right? But the real question is—is it just posturing to score political points, or are they actually making moves to fix this? I mean, the fact that we even need to propose a law to shut this down—that’s embarrassing enough on its own.
Buck Johnson
And why wasn’t this nipped in the bud to begin with? Somebody, somewhere, sure didn’t do their job. Or maybe, worse, they chose to turn a blind eye. Makes you wonder how many more of these stations are floating under the radar. And hey, if the CCP got this bold, what other countries might be trying the same trick? Food for thought, huh?

Alright now, let's flip over to Elon Musk. You know, love him or hate him, the guy’s got guts. This time, he’s taking his fight to Congress—wants them to vote on government spending cuts out in the open, for us all to see. Think about that for a minute. Public votes, no more closed-door excuses. If you’re a so-called conservative but still sneaking big-budget waste into bills, well, buddy, your days are numbered.
Buck Johnson
And and here’s the kicker—he’s tying it up with accountability, and I gotta hand it to him, it lines up pretty well with Trump’s America First platform: clean house, cut the waste, hold folks accountable. Pretty simple, right? But the real question is, how many in the GOP are actually walking their talk? I mean, calling yourself a conservative while funneling taxpayer cash into pet projects? That’s faker than a three-dollar bill.
Buck Johnson
And hey, you know who’s pushing the hardest for this? Rand Paul. Yep, the libertarian-leaning senator from Kentucky. He’s out here telling Trump to rally the GOP. Cause let’s face it, public votes on budget cuts aren’t just about numbers—they’re a spotlight shining on the wannabes. Makes it a lot harder to dodge accountability when you're out in broad daylight. No more hiding behind procedural nonsense—it’s your record, plain and simple.
Buck Johnson
But here’s where it gets kinda sticky. You’ve got potential RINOs—Republicans In Name Only—who aren’t exactly thrilled this is being dragged into the open. Why? ‘Cause it exposes them. But but honestly, folks, isn’t that exactly what we want? No more fake conservatives throwing up smoke bombs pretending they’re fighting for us, while they’re actually, you know, padding their own political capital.
Buck Johnson
And get this—grassroots movements are already picking up on this idea. From Nashville to small-town USA, people are calling it like they see it. They're tired of being ignored. These movements have a way of highlighting contradictions, stuff that politicians probably wish would just disappear. And Elon, well, he’s made sure it’s not disappearing anytime soon.
Buck Johnson
Before we move to our last story of the day, if you like what you hear, share us with everyone you know that still trusts the government, we'll be sure to convince them to come to the right side...no pun.
Buck Johnson
Alright, let’s start with Venezuela. So, Trump pulls a move that, honestly, Biden couldn’t dream of—he forces Venezuela to take back their criminals. Yeah, deportation flights are back on. Now why’s this a big deal? Because it’s leverage, folks, plain and simple. Trump knows how to play hardball, and let’s face it, the media hates it. But isn’t this exactly what foreign policy’s supposed to be about? Restoring order, not bending the knee. And and here’s the kicker—the same people criticizing this move would be the first to complain about rising crime in U.S. cities. Hypocrisy much?
Buck Johnson
Now, let’s head over to the Middle East. Israel takes out a Hamas leader, a guy who’s been sanctioned by the U.S. government, and where was he hiding? A hospital. Yep, using civilian cover, just like they always do. But what does the media focus on? Headlines screaming “hospital bombing,” like Israel’s the bad guy here. Meanwhile, this guy—a terrorist—is plotting God knows what under the radar. It’s manipulation, pure and simple. Terror optics to sway the West’s opinion, and guess what, it works more often than it should.
Buck Johnson
But this this isn’t just about Israel or Venezuela. It’s a reminder, folks, about vigilance. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance—Thomas Jefferson nailed it with that one. We see it everywhere—the CCP setting up their playbooks in our cities, politicians wasting your hard-earned money, and let’s not even start on the media serving up their selective outrage. This isn’t just politics as usual. It’s about protecting the things we’ve worked for, and calling out the nonsense before it turns into something way worse.
Buck Johnson
And that’s it for today, folks. Another chapter in the fight to keep the truth front and center. If you’re as fired up about all this as I am, make sure you’re subscribed here and to our newsletter.
